What is the application process and deadline date?

The Foundation will accept applications starting January 1 (each year). Applications and all supporting documents must be postmarked by Jan 31. Application forms will be available on the Foundation website a couple months before the submission deadline. It is recommended that applicants review the forms and start the process of obtaining required information before January 1.

Please note that applications will not be accepted if mailed (postmarked) before January 1.

Where do I send my application and supporting documents?

What is the award process?

If you are awarded, you will be notified by mail and or receive a telephone call directly from one of the board members in mid-March. If you choose to accept the award offer, payment arrangements will be further discussed with an identified board member.

If awarded a scholarship, funds will be paid directly to the recipient’s educational institution of choice. Recipients will be responsible for obtaining additional information from the institution so scholarship funds can be sent.

Who can apply?

The Myers Family Foundation, Inc., provides financial support to individuals, families, hospitals, and non-profit 501(c) (3) organizations dedicated to providing: (i) assistance with medical needs, (ii) medical research, (iii) education, and (iv) recreational programs throughout communities in the United States of America.

The Foundation will consider applications from any 501 (c)(3) organization or individual in the USA who’s need is aligned with our mission and that meets all requirements identified in the application.
